Credelio Plus for Dogs

Credelio Plus for Dogs is a broad-spectrum treatment for puppies and dogs from 8 weeks of age, weighing at least 3.08lbs (1.4kg). It treats mixed infections/infestations caused by multiple parasites for 1 month.

Credelio Plus kills adult fleas before they lay eggs and controls fleas. It also controls flea allergy dermatitis (FAD) and prevents flea tapeworm infestations. It treats and controls tick infestations, including Brown dog ticks and Demodex mites (Demodex spp.). This oral formula prevents heartworm disease and treats and controls roundworms, hookworms and whipworms.

How does it work?

Credelio Plus is composed of Lotilaner & Milbemycin oxime. Lotilaner paralyzes and kills parasites by interfering with the signals passed between their nerve cells.  Milbemycin oxime increases nematode and insect membrane permeability to chloride ions, leading to hyperpolarization of the neuromuscular membrane and flaccid paralysis and death of the parasites, including mites, larval and adult stages of nematodes and larvae (L3/L4) of Dirofilariaimmitis.

How to Use
Directions

  • Prior to the first administration, dogs in heartworm-endemic areas or who have visited heartworm-endemic areas must be tested for existing heartworm infection.
  • Administer the chewable tablet(s) with or after food.
  • Refer to the following dosage guide before administering the treatment.
