1: Shipping Charges
BudgetVetCare.com provides absolutely FREE shipping around the world on all products, irrespective
of size. However, there are few exceptions, as some regions do not fall under our courier
partners, we need to arrange special shipments. Therefore, according to the location and
size, shipment would be charged. Moreover, we offer tracked shipping as well that comes at a
small cost of $6.49!
Covid-19 Update: Due to the limited availability of flights because of the current pandemic, sometimes we are unable to ship orders individually with tracking. The shipping charge will be refunded in such cases.
2: Dispatch Time
We dispatch orders within 2 working days after an order is placed.
3: Time Frame of Delivery
Our time frame for delivery fluctuates depending on your location but generally, it takes not
more than 7-10 working days. In case your delivery is delayed due to reasons absolutely not
in our control, we will offer a full refund provided you send in your correct address. In
case of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will not be able to process your refund or a
reship. Also, if the shipping company provides us the proof of delivery, we will not issue a
refund or a reship. Once the order is delivered to the address provided, it is the

Please note that the tracking details will be available to you only after the package has
been processed and scanned by the logistics team at the USPS facility. As this can take

8: Refund Policy
Once our team accepts the return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Please note
that the refund will be made in the original mode of payment. Please allow 2-3 working days
for the refund to show in your bank account.
9: Original Order After Reship
If you receive the original delivery after we reshipped your order or refunded, you need to return the same within 3 to 4 working days. In case, you forgot or missed to return the package, you will be charged back for the same.
