Revolution for Cats - Revolution Flea Control and Treatment

Revolution is one of the few Spot-Ons that treat various internal and external parasites. The monthly treatment kills adult fleas and it eggs on cats. The topical solution is effective in controlling the infestation of roundworms and hookworms. It assists in the treatment of ear mites and protects cats from dangerous heartworm disease. The advanced formula makes it water-resistant after 2 hours and remains effective for four weeks.

It is safe to use on kittens over 6 weeks of age apart from pregnant and lactating queens.

Note: Stronghold and Revolution are equivalent products that contain the same component (selamectin) in exactly the same amount.

How Does Revolution for Cats Work?

Revolution is a multi-parasitic treatment. Selamectin is a key ingredient in this product. It attacks the nervous system of parasites, eventually eliminating them. Destroys immature form of heartworm larvae and prevents this dangerous disease. The chemical kills adult fleas and destroys flea eggs. Affecting nerve cells of intestinal worms, it helps remove them from the digestive tract.

How to Use
  • Before treatment, weigh your cat.
  • Gently part the fur on the shoulder blades for a visible skin. 
  • Break open the pipette seal, and place the tip of the pipette on the visible skin.
  • Squeeze it properly and empty the entire content at one go.
  • Take care that your cat does not lick the applied area until it is dry.
  • Do not allow cat to bath until 2 hours of application.
Safety
  • Store it at room temperature.
  • Keep out of reach of pets and children.
  • It is for animal treatment only.
  • Keep away from heat and open flame.
  • After treatment with Revolution wash hands with soap or wear gloves while treating.

Contraindications:

  • Do not use on kittens less than 6 weeks of age.
  • Never use on the sick and debilitated cats and kittens.
  • Do not use in animals allergic to its component.
