Neovet for Dogs

Neovet for Dogs is a unique formulation that helps treat and prevent fleas as well as treat and control gastrointestinal worms like roundworms, hookworms, and whipworms. The fast-acting treatment contains Imidacloprid and Moxidectin as its active ingredients. Neovet is a monthly treatment for the prevention of heartworms in dogs. It also treats and controls sarcoptic mange, ear mites, and lice. With the monthly administration of Neovet, dogs can be protected against subsequent sarcoptic mite infestations.

How does it Work?

Neovet for Dogs contains two active ingredients- Imidacloprid and Moxidectin. It helps with the treatment and prevention of fleas and eliminates the larval stages of fleas from the environment; breaking the flea life cycle. It is composed of a quick-acting formulation that kills adult and larvae fleas within 20 minutes of contact and lowers the incidence of the hypersensitive condition- Flea Allergy Dermatitis. Additionally, monthly administration will aid in eradicating any upcoming ear mite infestations.

How to Use
Directions

  • Take the tube and twist the cap to open.
  • Make your dog stand straight.
  • Part the hair between the shoulder blades until the skin is visible.
  • Place the tip of the tube on the skin, and squeeze firmly.

Dogs between 8.8 – 22 lbs 1.0 mL 1
Dogs between 22 – 55.1 lbs 2.5 mL 1
Dogs between 55.1 – 88.2 lbs 4.0 mL 1
Dogs over 88.2 lbs 4.0 mL 2
For dogs that are over 55.2 lbs, the dosage can be divided into three application sites.
  • One site is between the shoulder blades
  • Second site is in the middle of the back between the hips
  • Third site is in between

Safety
Safety

  • Avoid application of the product when the dog is wet.
  • Not for use in puppies below 7 weeks of age.
  • Do not use Neovet for dogs in cats or vice versa.
  • It is recommended to test for heartworm infection prior to treatment.
  • Keep away from the pet’s eyes and mouth.
  • Do not use in pregnant and lactating dogs.
  • Wash your hands after use.
  • Consult a veterinarian in case of poisoning.
  • Wrap the used tubes in a paper and dispose off in the garbage.\
  • Store below 77º Fahrenheit (air conditioning).
